Mister Tatsuhiko Kodama, The Chairman of The Committee of Decontamination Promotion in Minamisoma City affirms that usual decontamination plan will do for the black radioactive isotope.
That is to say anew they won't remove it.
But before, at the National Diet, he said: "I couldn't stand leaving the soil under a playground slide in children's baby farms and kindergartens so i took it in my car and i brought it back with me. I made an illegal act!"
But inside the city there's everywhere on the ground radioactive isotopes which are ten times more radioactive than the soil of kindergarden.
"We won't collect them because it doesn't contribute at all to the air dose rate." Aren't his words opposed to his act of bringing back some of the soil in his car?
I will collect them as the professor Kodama does. Can i bring them to Tokyo University?
Every organization refused, saying that they "don't have the place to stock them." They don't want to collect them.
Dear Professor Kodama, as i don't often see you in Minamisoma City, i can't meet you, i will address you a questionnaire in the future but, if by chance you hear about my blog from some officials who forbid to read my blog, will you please give me a drum?
Japan must be the only place in the whole world where there are hundreds of thousands, several millions becquerels of radioactive isotopes in urban areas, isn't it?
Especially in Minamisoma City there's incomparable highly radioactive blue algae on the school routes.
I hope The Chairman of The Committee of Decontamination Promotion in Minamisoma City and The Mayor will break the promises at the assembly and collect the black radioactive isotope.
The whole world knows this fact.
