Mutant plants… What if it happens to humans…?

Mutant plants appeared in many different places in Fukushima…

I even heard that Pink Taraxacum bloomed...

If it happens to humans as well, how will Japanese government will react? The level of radiation level in the air in the internal region (Nakadōri) is not comparable to Hamadōri. The ammount is too different.

People are still living there as if nothing happened.
