According to the news received yesterday, 6 evacuees out of 10 from a certain area of Namiecho who relocated themselves in Yonezawa died of acute symptoms (it was said leukemia), and that horrified the remaining evacuees.

They presented this fact to the administration and medias, however, the media didn't report it at all.
They said they are scared of the government.

Local newspaper companies receive tons of frightening information, however, all are covered up.
After the protest that took place in front of the PM's residence, Tokyo Simbun expressed its regret to be not able to report it. Tokyo Simbun is a conscientious company. What are the other companies doing?

This document represents the actual situation of Fukushima.
Majority are aware of the ongoing crisis.
Complete information control is being carried out. My little brother is a local journalist of Fukushima, and he told me the government keeps a tight lid on information and it frightens him.

95% of silkworms grown on soil of Katsushika (Tokyo) died and the rest grew enormous

95% of silkworms grown on soil of Katsushika (Tokyo) died and the rest grew enormous
Some experiment shows that 95% of silkworms grown on soil collected in Katsushika, one of the highly-contaminated areas in Tokyo, died in about 3 weeks. The soil measured 4,780Bq/Kg of Cesium.
90% of silkworms grown on the same soil, but covered with paper and plastic sheet (to shield alpha rays) are still alive.

Furthermore, the three surviving silkworms grown directly on soil became enormous. It is considerable that de novo mutations occur caused by radiation.
It's frightening to think if this result suggests the future of human being.
Report: Silkworm's DNA lesion by radiaoactivity

(radiation measurement for food safety) http://geiger.grupo.jp/blog/181946

I started the experiment of silkworm from June 4th 2012 and updating data since then.
I was concerned the number of insects like ants abnormally reduced in my garden in Katsushika.I knew that insects are more than 100 times more sensitive to radiation than humans, and I felt uneasy to observe much fewer numbers of insects around my house.

I contacted Mr. Tomita, who studies the environmental pollution and has already began a living-body experiment using silkworms to seize the effects of pollutants. He came all the way from Osaka to set up the experiment. Eggshell of silkworm is extremely hard, so that embryo can hardly get damaged by most pollutants.

They don't die even when they are boiled in 10N, 48 hydrochloric acid for 5 minutes.
When a silkworm ecloses, it breaks the eggshell. Therefore, they can possibly be affected by harmful materials attached to the eggshells.

1.Experimental Outline: Put the radiation contaminated dirts (listed below) and 60 silkworm eggs in each container, and observe eclosion and process of growth.
Put 100g of the dirt and 60 eggs in each container, and first observe the hatching rate. Bq-value is measured with EL25. cpm and SV value are measured using LND7317.
Alpha ray is shielded by placing plastic sheet and then paper over the dirt of container 1, 2 and 3.

Container 1.Zeolite@159Bq/kg(measured with EL25), 2.5cpm,0.15μSv/h(dose value of gamma ray and beta ray measured with 7317 GM tube)
Container 2 The dirt gathered in my garden in Katsushika 4,780Bq/kg (measured with EL25), 62.8cpm,0.17μSv/h
(dose value of gamma ray and beta ray measured with 7317 GM tube)
Container 3.The dirt gathered in Katsushika 5,890Bq/kg(measured with EL25), 73.2cpm,0.20μSv/h(dose value of gamma ray and beta ray measured with 7317 GM tube)
Container 4.The dirt gathered in my garden in Katsushika/silkworms grown directly on it. 4,780B/kg (measured with EL25), 73cpm,0.20μSv/h
(dose value of gamma, beta and alpha ray measured with 7317 GM tube. Only Alpha ray reads 10.2 cpm, 0.03μSv/h)
As I updated today, I observed their growth phase since they eclosed on June 9th. Almost all (60) eggs hatched in container 1, 2 and 3. The number of surviving worms are as below.
Container 1.
56
Container 2. 55
Container 3. 56
Container 4. 3
The hatching rate of the container 4 is remarkably low, and some larva were about 10 times bigger than the average at the time of eclosion. I showed the pictures of the silkworms to Mr. Tomita and he gave me the following comment.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

The worms of container 1, 2 and 3 seems to me to grow normally, however, the ones in container 4 are abnormal. They remind me of Godzilla.

I suppose that they grow enormous not because their DNA was damaged but because the damage to epigenetics of DNA causes to produce more growth hormones than usual. When about 2-year old silkworms are grown on a chipboard, rapidity of growth varies greatly. It is considerable that chemical materials affect hormonal series. Some female patients of Suginami sickness grew a mustache or male patients had brest.
Almost all eggs of the container 4 died maybe because of the damage by alpha ray, however, the damage happened not to be fatal, so that there were some larvas still alive, though they should have been affected by radioactivity during the process of growth.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We're facing a serious situation. I'm frightened to think about the damage done by radioactivity to children.
I'm now trying to find a way to breed the container 4 worms, and prove scientifically the observed DNA damage and genetic disorder.

"Hosono, come out". Swirling anger for the human resource management of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission

Around 6 pm in front of the PM's Office. The meeting which has become a national event started with chant slogans of "Shunichi Tanaka, Resign!".
The human resource management of Nuclear Regulatory Commission with Shunichi Tanaka () as a president of the committee will conducted a vote within next week. Tanaka worked as main promoter of the nuclear energy as former Chairman of Atomic Energy society of Japan. On August 3, the first word heard from people who gathered in front of the PM's Office by the sense of crisis was not as usual "Opposed to restart nuclear power plant" or "Stop Ôi Nuclear Power Plant". On the sidewalk in front of the PM's Office there were so many placards opposed to the human resource management. We can say that today Mr. Shunichi Tanaka is the person who got a lot of attention in a negative sense.
"Is there anybody in the demonstration who can agree with such a human resource management?" asked me with an astonished look a woman born in Nihonmatsu City in Fukushima Prefecture holding a "Protect life" banner. I answered: "Probably nobody", then even a police officer next to us said "It's impossible that there is somebody who can accept it". Even a police officer who controls the meeting finds that the human resource management of Nuclear Regulatory Commission is wrong.
The opposition of the public opinion would have boiled today if there were no London Olympics. But still the democratic regime never listens to the voice of the people. A member of the National Diet who met Goshi Hosono, the Minister of the Environment said: "Mr. Hosono admires Mr. Shunichi Tanaka's achievement of his decontamination work in Fukushima. He has asked to other people but everybody refused. Mr.Hosono is thankful to Mr.Tanaka for having accepted the decontamination work".
A woman living in Kôriyama-City in Fukushima Prefecture met The Minister Hosono when she was visiting each room of the Diet Members' Office Building to file a petition to recall the human recourse management. Mr.Hosono responded: "We'll bring forward because it was already submitted to the National Diet" without changing his expression.

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission is the extra - ministerial bureau of the Ministry of the Environment. Hosono has a big influence on the human resource management of the Commission. The direction of the anger was also on Hosono. Participants went to Kasumigaseki after they had finished the protest action in front of the National Diet Building. After they had been shouting for two hours in Nagata-chô. They must have been exhausted because of the heat and a humidity of 30 even in the night.
But the energy of anger didn't fall in decay. "Hosono, come out!", "Recall the human resource management!". The voice of protest echoed into the high rise building where the Ministry of the Environmental is. Among the people shouting intently, there was a woman in her thirties who has evacuated to Shizuoka from Fukushima. The woman became pregnant just after the nuclear power plant accident and five months later she moved to Shizuoka, the natal city of her husband. "I made sure if there is five fingers on the hands and the feet of my baby" she looked back on that time. "An impossible human resource management is going to be carried. In Fukushima, my parents and my friends who can't evacuate have been fighting against the radiation. The human resource management treats those facts as if they don't exist. I harbor my resentment. Mr. Hosono talked about "snuggle up to people in Fukushima", did he meant about it? When i think so, I really regret what he was talking about". Her voice was shaked by anger.
The day people raised the voice of protest not only in front of the Ministry of the Environment but also in front of the METI (Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry), the MEXT (Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology) and the MOF (Ministry of Finance). People have started to surround the Government by sections. PM Noda might have started to feel the danger although he can't see that he is the embattled Prime Minister.

Original Text from August 3 at 6:37 local time Japan by NHK http://www3.nhk.or.jp/lnews/osaka/2004032831.html

Osaka Prefecture and Osaka City officially agreed with Iwate Prefecture today.
Osaka will accept high limit of 36 000 tons of inflammable materials like wood wastes until March 2014.
Osaka Prefecture and Osaka City accept the debris for the support to reconstruction and took the policy to participate to the disposal of broad areas and allowed the necessary budget last month in the prefecture assembly and city assembly.
According to this, Matsui, Governor of Osaka, Hashimoto, Mayor of Osaka and Tasso, governor of Iwate Prefecture signed a statement of mutual agreement about the disposal of broad areas today.
In the statement of mutual agreement, the high limit of 36 000 tons of inflammable materials like wood wastes will be accepted in Osaka and the debris will be transported by Osaka Prefecture by ship. The Mayor Hashimoto said: "I want to protect the safety of citizens in Osaka and make efforts for the reconstruction of Iwate Prefecture" and the Governor of Iwate Prefecture Tasso thanked him. "It will be a great mental support for the victims in Iwate Prefecture who are working hard for the reconstruction".

Osaka CIty will dispose the debris at the incineration facility inside the city and they will landfill the ashes in the artificial island at Osaka Bay Areas inside the city.
In November this year they will do the test incineration and after they make sure of the security, they will start full scale incineration in February 2013.

Lawyer submitted a request at Tokyo metropolitan police department to ameliorate the excess control "Blocking the sidewalk" at the friday meetings

A man was stopped by police because he tried to walk towards PM's Office from the hall of House of Representatives. The police use Article 2 of the Police Act and even controls citizens walking in public street. Because of the response of the police which is equal to an abuse, the man asked me to take a photo of the scene = July 29 at Nagata-chô Photo by Ryusaku Tanaka
People who ever went around the PM's Office ftp participate to the friday meetings to protest against the restart of nuclear power plants must have flinched to the excessive police controls.
The control of the subway exit is just the beginning. Although the signal is blue police say "You can't cross this crossroads", "It's impassable from here"… Even when we stay on the sidewalk under police control, we are surrounded by iron fences. The police takes many photos. This looks like a precaution restraint. It's impossible to think that they treat us as humans.
On August 2, voluntary lawyers visited the Tokyo Metropolitan Police department to ask for an amelioration of excessive police controls during friday meetings. The excessive police controls says "the abuse of regulatory power established by The Police Act Article 2 violates its article section 2 and it insigne the freedom of expression ensured by The Article 21 of The Constitution of Japan". In the section 1 of  Article 2 of The Police Act it is said "Police's duty is to protect individual lives and bodies and fortunes crime precaution, the suppression and investigation, arrest the suspects, control the traffic and the other control to protect the public safety and order". But in section 2, it is also said that "the police can't abuse the regulatory power to interfere the right and freedom of individuals which are ensured by the Constitution of Japan ".
I oftenly see a scene where the police is blocking citizens on the sidewalk from the second hall of the House of Representatives to the PM's Office. I asked to a police officer: "which law let you the right to do such a thing?", he answered me: "It's the article 2 of the Police Act". Next time i want to say "In the second section, it is said that it's forbidden to abuse the regulatory power".

The pressure from the backward, the participants can't help going out from the picket line of police = July 29 around 7:40pm in front of the National Diet building. Photo by Miyako Suwa
At the meeting to surround the National Diet Building on July 29, 2 people were arrested for obstructing executive officers from performing their duty. According to Miyako Suwa who is the percipient witness of the moment of detention, the protesters poured out on the roadway. The police officers set up the picket in front of the National Diet building. People who were on the front (close to the national diet building) were pushed by the pressure from the backward and went into the police's picket line. They were crammed and couldn't move. There was nothing strange in the fact that certain persons find themselves in lack of oxygen. A man passed the picket line. He must have suffered. He was arrested by the police.

The coverage control against freelance journalists became harder as well. On the sidewalk around the PM's Office it became normal that uniformed police officers stop us. "You are not a member of the Kisha Club (Japanese reporter's club), you can't pass here". If we try to go forward, it's obvious that we will be arrested for obstructing executive officers from performing their duty.
If a journalist of the Kisha Club goes through the police picket, he won't be accused. If a freelance journalist is pushed from the backwards through the picket, he will be arrested for sure.
The voluntary lawyers who visited the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department demanded "to make the roadway in front of the PM's Office and in front of National Diet Building a vehicle-free area between 6pm to 8pm on Fridays". If the street was without vehicle, there would be no control and no arrest. It must be impossible as there is some people who don't want many citizens to gather at the center of power.

Debate session with Metropolitan Coalition Against Nukes : The democrats were frozen when they were asked about "The human resource management of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission"

"The phenomenon of tens of thousands, hundreds and thousands of people gathering together made this occasion. It's the first time in modern Japanese History" said Eiji Oguma, the moderator, professor of Keiô University (historian) in his opening speech.
The meeting to protest against restarting the nuclear power plants in front of the PM's Office each friday has become an established custom. Politicians have no other choice than to listen to the voice of people who gather for the denuclearization without the mobilization of no organization.
On July 31, promoter "Metropolitan Coalition Against Nukes" and members of the Diet exchanged opinions over Nuclear Policy. The side of the politicians, a total of 11 people, democrats with views to the election adopted their slogan as denuclearization. And there was a non partisan group of lawmakers of "Zero Nuclear Power Group" who have been working for denuclearization for a long time. On the side of Metropolitan Coalition Against Nukes, 11 people were also present.
Misao Redwolf, a member of Metropolitan Coalition Against Nukes (designer) also makes a point about the meaning of the voice of hundreds and thousands of people, like Professor Oguma, the moderator. "Thanks to the big action in front of the PM's Office, we could organized this meeting".
Because of the politicians who don't listen to the people's voice, people started to take direct action. And more, it's the individuals who gather together who made a big wave, not the organizations. The democrats who are used to elections which depend on labor associations can't really understand the phenomenon. The word of Hideo Hiraoka, former Minister of Justice was symbolic. "It's possible to meet you as the representatives of the organizations, if you have a delegation representing organizations. If you want to meet PM Noda, why won't you think about those manners? This is the structure of the Japanese Society". He looked like saying "If you are the head of the labor association, i'll listen to you". It shows how the democrats are far away from the people and continue their politics without listening to the people's voice.
It was not only me who was shocked by the word of the former Minister of Justice. Noihoi (pseudonym, employee) talked with his silent and strong anger. "Today i feel desperate to sit here. It's sad that you are talking about organizations or not. We gather in front of the PM's Office because we feel a sadness close to despair". The democrats were all turned off by the comment of Mr.Noihoi.

Hirokuni Ozawa, a member of Metropolitan Coalition Against Nukes (Independent business) pointed out more severely: "People of Ust and politicians are out of alignment. People are angry about the human resource management of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. Ust is going to exploded soon and you politicians, do you know why? It was decided only by four cabinet members while 160 000 people are living evacuation lives…(An omission)…Politicians can't share people's sense of crisis".
Former Prime Minister Naoto Kan explained how the key person PM Noda is considering the situation. Former PM Kan called PM Noda to let him know about how this opinion exchange was going to be held. "PM Noda, do you know you are the target of people's anger?" "I didn't noticed it!". It deserves recognition that Mr.Kan talked sincerely about the response of PM Noda but for Anti Nukes members who are working for denuclearization by sacrificing their own works, the democratic party's regime is too carefree.
Taichi Hirano (member of Metropolitan Coalition Against Nukes) exploded an uppercut. "Do you agree with the human resource management of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission or not? Please answer it clearly one person after another".
The democrats were all frozen. The moderator tried to stop and said: "You should not ask it". Someone called out: "Why you can't answer?", "If you won't answer, it will be clear that the Democratic Party is hiding nuclear power". Because of the call out the democrats answered unwillingly. 4 of 6 people didn't respond but said "after i hear the discussion of the party". Only 2 people said they couldn't agree. That's why they restarted the nuclear power plants.
Minoru Ide (member of Metropolitan Coalition Against Nukes, Independent Business) squeezed out his voice in tears. "Who coordinates the meeting in front of the PM's Office? It's the Japanese Government. Because of they never listen to people's voice, it spreads more and more".
